Registration for Library programs requires a current library card from Skokie Public Library or a registered card from your "home" library. After you enter your card number and your last name to "log in" to the online calendar, your full name, phone number, and email address will automatically appear in the sign-up form as it currently appears in your Library account. You will be able to verify the information without having to type it every time you sign up for a program. This will improve accuracy and speed the registration process. If you call to register for a program, please have your Library card number ready for a staff member to enter for you.

 The triumph of a young girl who loses everything but her kindness and imagination is celebrated in ArtsPower National Touring Theatre's production of A Little Princess, based on Frances Hodgson Burnett's classic novel. Sara Crewe has spent her entire childhood in India with her father, living a life of privilege. With the coming of World War I, Sara's father - a captain in the British Army - is called to active duty; he decides that his only child will be safest in London. This original musical declares that no hardship is unbearable for those who are truly loved. A limited number of free tickets will be available 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.
