Registration for Library programs requires a current library card from Skokie Public Library or a registered card from your "home" library. After you enter your card number and your last name to "log in" to the online calendar, your full name, phone number, and email address will automatically appear in the sign-up form as it currently appears in your Library account. You will be able to verify the information without having to type it every time you sign up for a program. This will improve accuracy and speed the registration process. If you call to register for a program, please have your Library card number ready for a staff member to enter for you.

  • After the registration deadline, available spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Description:
 Each week of this lively storytime features a variety of stories, songs, fingerplays, action rhymes, and other activities aimed at building a love of language, books, and reading. Children must be 3 years old by the start of the program. Parents must remain in the Youth Services Department during the storytime. For ages 3 to 5. Registration begins November 1 and must be completed before or during the first week of the session. PLEASE NOTE: Children/families who arrive 10 minutes after the program has begun will not be admitted.
