His introduction of gourmet ingredients and professionally trained culinary flair to the world of encased meats has earned him national recognition and have led many a Chicagoan to line up (in some cases for hours) for his unique sausages and duck fat fries. Now you’ll have a chance the meet this iconic chef and he shares stories and insight’s from his new book, Hot Doug’s: The Book. Books will be available for purchase and signing. Samples will also be provided.
