 The Illinois Heath Insurance Marketplace is scheduled to open on October 1, 2013 with plans effective on January 1, 2014. Giovanni Gomez, Regional Coordinator of Outreach and Consumer Education from Governor Pat Quinn’s office will demonstrate how the online marketplace will work and answer your questions about how the new regulations may impact you and your family. Kris Sadur from Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky’s office will also present information on how seniors may be affected as well as answer questions on how you can prepare for the upcoming changes and implementation. Panel discussion will be followed by Q&A.
